Announcements and Updates:

• Dedicating St. Rose Parish to the Blessed Virgin Mary:  On the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, August 15, we shall dedicate all our families and the entire parish of St. Rose to the Blessed Virgin Mary. - John 19:25-27

• The feast of St. Rose of Lima is on Monday, August 23rd, but we shall have Mass for the parish on the weekend of August 21 and 22.  CHRIST LOVES YOU.

• Historic Priestly Ordination - Uganda:  On Saturday, July 17, 2010, Fr. Mujule's home Diocese of Hoima witnessed the historic ordination of 17 new priests and six deacons.  The number of priests ordained is the most ever in Hoima Diocese, as it celebrates 45 years since it began.  Christ Loves You Hoima Diocese.

• August Community Collections:
  C.O.P.E.:  instant potatoes, macaroni and cheese
  Guardian Family Services:  kitchen-size garbage bags, baby wipes, pull-ups (large)

• Please place your aluminum cans in the bins behind the parish center. All proceeds go to Fr. Mujule's home parish in Uganda.
